Our goal is to satisfy our customers by the exchange of items purchased should they be defective. For an item to be considered exchangeable it must be returned in original packaging in an unused like new condition. All concerns about any defective item purchased should be forwarded immediately to support@jacovinonline.com, up until five business days after receipt of items.
